RV Land rentals are as follows:
*The $100.00 reserves your choice of trailer & date. You will receive a clean trailer, mattress protectors, full propane tank, fully charged battery, and RV toilet paper. This fee does not come off your total price and is not refundable if a cancellation occurs. There are no pets or smoking permitted in any of the units.
Your damage deposit will be returned to you upon returning the unit back in the same shape it left in and no 407 bill attached. All payments on day of pickup are due in cash. If paying by cheque, it needs to be done at least 10 days prior to pickup. Keep in mind we are not set up to take any credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, etc.

- Non-Refundable booking/trailer preparation fee: $100.00*
- Upon Pickup - A $300.00 damage deposit, plus the total rental money and taxes.
- Provide a copy of your drivers license.
- Sign the rental agreement.
- Your Responsibilities: You must have a working brake controller and a 7 way plug with your vehicle. Make sure your vehicle is fit to pull the trailer you are planning to go camping in and follow all the rules of the road.
- When figuring out your total bill, keep in mind that we charge by the day with a 3 day minimum.
